As the core refractory aggregate for lost‑foam casting coatings, high‑alumina bauxite clinker powder is calcined at high temperature with 70‑80% Al₂O₃. Featuring high refractoriness, it fits water‑based and alcohol‑based coatings and is widely used for cast iron & cast steel components.

  ▉ High‑Temperature Calcination · Consistent Quality

Made from premium bauxite ore calcined in a vertical shaft kiln, the product goes through crushing, grinding and classification. With stably controlled 70‑80% Al₂O₃ and refractoriness ≥1780℃, it is the preferred refractory aggregate for lost‑foam casting coatings.


Compatible with water‑based and alcohol‑based lost‑foam coating systems, it can be directly used in facing or backing coating formulations with no special modification required. Widely adopted for cast iron and cast steel lost‑foam production, it helps coating manufacturers realize stable mass output and cut overall costs.
