Mullite Sand & Mullite Powder

This series is sintered from premium raw materials at high temperature. High mullite phase content delivers outstanding refractoriness, good thermal shock stability and low thermal expansion coefficient. Mullite sand features round particle shape and uniform size, ideal aggregate for investment casting and Mullite powder has controllable fineness and low LOI, widely used in casting coatings and refractory castables.

★Excellent high-temperature performance: Refractoriness exceeds 1780°C; high strength and erosion resistance ensure stable molds suitable for mass production of high-temperature alloy castings.

★Low thermal expansion coefficient: Minimal deformation helps prevent casting cracks and dimensional deviations, improving product precision and overall yield rate.

Mullite Sand
