Contact UsFull Range Metallurgical Refractory Materials
All refractory materials are calcined and processed from self‑owned bauxite ore without adulteration or blending. They feature stable physical and chemical indicators, and can be processed into aggregates, particles and ultra‑fine powders of various particle sizes, suitable for the production of all types of refractory products.

Calcined High Alumina Bauxite
Core high‑end refractory material for the metallurgical industry, finely produced by calcining high‑quality bauxite from self‑owned mines at a high temperature of 1300℃‑1500℃. It features high ore purity, low impurity content, compact structure and stable performance.
Product Features
★High refractoriness ★High bulk density ★Wear‑resistant and erosion‑resistant

Applicable Scenarios
High‑alumina refractory bricks, high‑alumina castables, iron and steel blast furnaces, hot‑blast stoves, cement kilns and linings for other high‑temperature equipment

Flint Clay
Premium core raw material for clay‑based refractories, produced by high‑temperature calcination. It features uniform chemical composition, dense structure, low iron content and minimal impurities, with stable alumina content at approximately 44%.
Product Features
★Good high‑temperature volume stability ★Resistant to cracking and deformation
★Consistent specifications across batches ★Excellent filling property
Specifications
●Full range of coarse & fine aggregates, custom‑sized grains and ultra‑fine powders.
●Suitable for batching of various clay‑based refractory products.
Applicable Scenarios
‑ Clay‑based refractory bricks ‑ Lightweight insulating materials
‑ Conventional castables ‑ Plastic refractories
For medium‑low temperature industrial kilns and flue insulating linings.
Sintered Mullite
Mullite is synthesized from carefully‑selected high‑grade bauxite via sintering process. It combines high‑temperature resistance of ceramics with a low thermal expansion coefficient, making it a core material for linings of kilns and high‑temperature equipment.
It is available in grades such as M45, M60 and M70 based on alumina content. Supplied in bricks, aggregate grits and fine powders, it meets two distinct working conditions: thermal insulation and high‑temperature load‑bearing service.
Product Features
★High refractoriness ★Low thermal expansion ★Creep resistance
★Erosion resistance ★Multiple product forms ★ Excellent thermal shock resistance
Specifications
●Full‑range size aggregates, including 0‑1mm, 1‑3mm, 3‑5mm
●80‑325 mesh powders
●Custom special mesh sizes available
Applicable Scenarios
‑ Linings for blast furnaces & hot‑blast stoves ‑ Ceramic kilns ‑ Glass melting furnaces ‑ Linings for petrochemical cracking furnaces ‑ Electronic ceramic saggers ‑ Aggregates and coatings for precision casting ‑ Catalyst carriers

White Fused Alumina
White Fused Alumina (international code: WA) is produced with high‑purity industrial alumina powder as raw material. It undergoes melting at temperatures above 2000°C in an electric arc furnace, followed by cooling and crystallization. Afterwards, it is processed through crushing & shaping, magnetic iron‑removal and size classification.
It features dense crystals and pure white colour, with high alumina content and extremely low impurities. Compared with brown fused alumina, it has slightly higher hardness yet lower toughness. Thanks to good self‑sharpening property and low grinding heat generation, it is the preferred abrasive for machining high‑hardness steel and high‑end surface treatment.
Product Features
★High alumina purity ★High refractoriness ★High refractoriness
★High hardness ★Excellent wear resistance ★Superior slag‑erosion resistance
Specifications
● Grain sizes from 24# to 1200#, plus micro‑powders
● Custom special grit sizes available
Applicable Scenarios
‑ Bonded and coated abrasives ‑ Sandblasting and surface treatment ‑ Sand for precision casting ‑ High‑grade refractory castables ‑ Ultra‑fine grinding for electronics and semiconductors ‑ Water‑treatment filter media ‑ Insulating and chemical fillers
